Return Policy
At DermaLab, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and clear return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, provided the packaging is unopened and undamaged. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period via support@derma-lab.eu. You can use the model withdrawal form or provide another clear statement.
2. Return Conditions & Condition of Products: Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that are not returned in this condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure the returned products are well-packaged to prevent damage during transport.
3. Return Procedure & Contact: Please contact our customer service via support@derma-lab.eu to register your return. You will receive instructions for returning the products. The cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt. Return address: Charleslei 9, 2930 Brasschaat, Belgium.
4. Refund: After we receive and inspect your returned products, we will send you an email confirming your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. If the products do not meet our return conditions, we will contact you to discuss further steps.
5. Exceptions for Sealed Products: Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery are not eligible for a right of withdrawal. Items that are damaged or incomplete when returned may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via support@derma-lab.eu. We will arrange for a free replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
7. Money-Back Guarantee: For the large courses consisting of 6 Micro Infusion Treatments, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must inform us by email via support@derma-lab.eu, including a before photo and a photo after each application to demonstrate that no skin improvement can be observed. Our professionals will review this and, if it is found that the Micro Infusion Treatment has not improved your skin, we will refund the original purchase amount.
