  • Withdrawal Period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
  • Notification: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period via support@derma-lab.eu. You can use the model withdrawal form or another unambiguous statement for this purpose.
  1. Return Conditions
  • Condition of Products: Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Items that are not returned in this condition may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Packaging: Ensure that returned products are well-packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  1. Return Procedure
  • Contact: Contact our customer service at support@derma-lab.eu to register the return. You will receive instructions for returning the products.
  • Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was received defective or damaged.

  1. Refund
  • Processing Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned products, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your return. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
  • Rejection: If the products do not meet our return conditions, we will contact you to discuss further steps.

  • Sealed Products: Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
