1. Right of withdrawal & withdrawal period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, the packaging must of course be unopened and undamaged. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing within the withdrawal period via support@derma-lab.eu. You can use the model withdrawal form or another unambiguous statement.
2. Return Policy & Condition of Products: Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Items not returned in this condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that returned products are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
3. Return Procedure & Contact: Contact our customer service via support@derma-lab.eu to register the return. You will receive instructions for returning the products. 4. Refund: After we receive and inspect your returned products, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 5. Exceptions Sealed Products: Products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and of which the seal has been broken after delivery are not eligible for a right of withdrawal. Items that are returned damaged or incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@derma-lab.eu. We will provide a free replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
7. Money Back Guarantee: On the large courses consisting of 6 Micro Infusion Treatments we offer a 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must let us know by email at support@derma-lab.eu adding a before photo, as well as a photo after each application to show that no skin improvement can be determined. Our professionals will then review it and if it appears that Micro Infusion Treatment has not improved your skin, you will receive a refund of the initial purchase price.
