At DermaLab we do our utmost to process and deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy below for more information on how we handle the shipping of your orders.
1. Order Processing & Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Processing and shipping occurs on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.
2. Shipping methods and costs: We offer the best shipping option depending on your location and the nature of the order. Shipping costs depend on the destination of the order and are clearly stated during the ordering process before you complete the order.
3. Delivery times: The estimated delivery time depends on the destination. Within Belgium and the Netherlands, the delivery time is usually 1-3 working days. For international deliveries, the delivery time can vary from 5-15 working days, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment with the tracking information you receive. Please note that it may take some time before tracking information is available.
At DermaLab we strive for the complete satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and clear return and refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully.
1. Right of withdrawal & withdrawal period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, the packaging must of course be unopened and undamaged. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing within the withdrawal period via support@derma-lab.eu. You can use the model withdrawal form or another unambiguous statement.
2. Return Policy & Condition of Products: Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Items not returned in this condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that returned products are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
3. Return Procedure & Contact: Contact our customer service via support@derma-lab.eu to register the return. You will receive instructions for returning the products. 4. Refund: After we receive and inspect your returned products, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price including the original shipping costs within 14 days via the original payment method. If the products do not meet our return policy, we will contact you to discuss further steps.
5. Exceptions Sealed Products: Products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and of which the seal has been broken after delivery are not eligible for a right of withdrawal. Items that are returned damaged or incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@derma-lab.eu. We will provide a free replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
7. Money Back Guarantee: On the large courses consisting of 6 Micro Infusion Treatments we offer a 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must let us know by email at support@derma-lab.eu adding a before photo, as well as a photo after each application to show that no skin improvement can be determined. Our professionals will then review it and if it appears that Micro Infusion Treatment has not improved your skin, you will receive a refund of the initial purchase price.
