Als Operations Coordinator & Admin Hero ben je een centrale schakel binnen DermaLab. Je ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen, werkt rechtstreeks samen met onze founder en zorgt ervoor dat het salesteam, marketing, operations, customer support, logistiek en administratie vlot verlopen.
Je houdt overzicht, denkt oplossingsgericht en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines gehaald worden. Geen enkele dag is dezelfde en net dat geeft jou energie.
Wie zoeken we?
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt ownership
- Je bent sterk georganiseerd en behoudt overzicht
- Je denkt probleemoplossend en praktisch
- Je bent stressbestendig en schakelt vlot tussen taken
- Je bent betrouwbaar, nauwkeurig en hands-on
- Je communiceert professioneel en klantgericht

- University degree (TEW / Commercial Engineer / equivalent)
- At least 7 years of experience in a challenging environment
- Analytical + hands-on + creative + loyal
- Managing team & contract partners
- Sales KPIs, inventory, strategy, customer service & admin
- You like to switch between different tasks.
You work partly from home - partly in the North Antwerp region and this is easily accessible for you.

Als Brand & Marketing Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de strategische én operationele marketingwerking van DermaLab.
Je analyseert groeikansen, bepaalt mee de marketingstrategie en zorgt ervoor dat campagnes, launches en merkcommunicatie perfect uitgevoerd worden.
Je combineert creativiteit met analytisch inzicht en voelt je comfortabel in een snelgroeiende omgeving waar ownership centraal staat.
Je denkt niet in losse posts of campagnes, maar in merkpositionering, customer journey, conversie en lange termijn groei.
Wie zoeken we?
- Je beschikt minstens over een bachelor diploma
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je bent strategisch sterk en denkt groeigericht
- Je combineert analytisch inzicht met creativiteit

Additional information on the task package
- Strategic vision on sales & content
- Monitor projects and support new developments
- Manage agendas & meetings
- Various additional tasks: newsletters, website updates, inventory management, admin, preparing contracts, setting up and monitoring sales KPIs with the sales team, etc.
- Consolidation of team & partners into a smooth-running machine
- You will work closely with founder Inge and be her first point of contact so that she can focus on the further growth and internationalization of DermaLab, as well as on the many developments in the pipeline.
