Right hand for our founder
- University degree (TEW / Commercial Engineer / equivalent)
- At least 7 years of experience in a challenging environment
- Analytical + hands-on + creative + loyal
- Managing team & contract partners
- Sales KPIs, inventory, strategy, customer service & admin
- You like to switch between different tasks.
You work partly from home - partly in the North Antwerp region and this is easily accessible for you.
Additional information on the task package
Your role
- Strategic vision on sales & content
- Monitor projects and support new developments
- Manage agendas & meetings
- Various additional tasks: newsletters, website updates, inventory management, admin, preparing contracts, setting up and monitoring sales KPIs with the sales team, etc.
- Consolidation of team & partners into a smooth-running machine
- You will work closely with founder Inge and be her first point of contact so that she can focus on the further growth and internationalization of DermaLab, as well as on the many developments in the pipeline.
